This policy explains what personal data we process when you visit anthauri.com or contact us, why we do it, and what your rights are. We’ve kept it as simple as the site itself.
In short
- This site doesn’t use cookies.
- We don’t use analytics, advertising, or tracking tools (such as Google Analytics or social media pixels).
- There are no forms. We only receive data if you choose to email or call us.
- All site files, including fonts, are served from our own domain, with nothing loaded from third parties.
Who the data controller is
The data controller is ANTHAURI SOFT SOLUTIONS S.R.L., registered office at Str. Ion Slavici nr. 62/A, Timișoara, Timiș County, Romania, VAT ID RO44617890, Trade Register No. J35/2896/2021 (“ANTHAURI,” “we,” “us”).
For any question about your personal data, email us at contact@anthauri.com or call +40 769 369 710. We haven’t appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) because the law doesn’t require us to; requests come straight to us.
What data we process
- Data you send us: when you email or call us, we process your name, email address, phone number, company, and anything else you choose to include. Please don’t send us sensitive data (for example, health data) unless it’s necessary.
- Technical access data: on every visit, our hosting provider (Google, through Google Cloud/Firebase Hosting) automatically records your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, your browser type (user agent), and the response code in its server logs. Without this data, pages can’t be delivered or protected against abuse.
- What we don’t do: we don’t use this data for profiling, advertising, or automated decision-making, and we don’t try to identify site visitors.
Why we process it and on what legal basis
- To reply to you and, where relevant, prepare a quote or contract: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR when you contact us on your own behalf, or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in communicating with clients and business partners) when you contact us on behalf of a company.
- To operate and secure the site (server logs): Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in keeping the site available and protected against attacks.
- To establish, exercise, or defend legal claims: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
- To keep accounting records if we end up working together: Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR, a legal obligation.
How long we keep data
- Correspondence: as long as needed to reply to you and to carry out our work together. If we don’t end up working together, we delete it within 2 years of the last message.
- Contract and accounting documents: for the period required by Romanian tax and accounting law.
- Server logs: retained by Google under its own retention policies; any copies we can access in our Google Cloud account are kept for no more than 30 days.
Who we share data with
We don’t sell or rent personal data. We disclose it to public authorities only when the law requires us to.
For the website and email, we use Google services (Google Cloud/Firebase Hosting and Google Workspace), which process data on our behalf under contract, as a processor. If we end up working together, billing details also go to our accounting service providers, strictly as needed.
Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Google may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. These transfers rely on the European Commission’s adequacy decision for the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, under which Google LLC is certified, and on the standard contractual clauses included in Google’s contracts.
Your rights
Under the GDPR (Articles 15–22 and 77), you have the right to:
- Access: find out whether we process your data and get a copy of it.
- Rectification: have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected.
- Erasure: have your data deleted when there’s no longer a legal reason to keep it.
- Restriction: have processing temporarily limited, for example while we look into a complaint.
- Portability: receive the data you gave us in a structured format, or have it sent to another controller, under the conditions of Art. 20 GDPR.
- Objection: object to processing based on our legitimate interest.
- Complaint: lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP), www.dataprotection.ro, or with the supervisory authority in the EU country where you live or work.
How to exercise your rights
Email us at contact@anthauri.com. We’ll respond without undue delay and within one month of receiving your request. For complex requests, this can be extended by two more months; if so, we’ll let you know within the first month and explain why.
Exercising your rights is free of charge. If we have reasonable doubts about your identity, we may ask for additional information.
Cookies, external resources, and links
This site doesn’t set cookies or use tracking technologies. We don’t load fonts, scripts, or other resources from third-party servers.
Email and phone links open your own email or calling app; nothing is sent until you send the message or place the call.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS only, and access to the email and cloud accounts that hold your data is limited to the people who need it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the site, our providers, or the law changes. The version in force is always the one published on this page, along with its last-updated date.
